A rectangular religious building, flanked by the town cemetery. It consists of a single nave with side chapels and a semicircular apse. The roof is gabled. On the lintel of the main door, which is reached via a staircase, is engraved the date 1789, the year the temple was completed. In the center of the main facade there is a rose window. The bell tower is a square tower with pointed arches made of bricks, which stands on the left side of the nave.
The rectory, which was added to the west, was built in 1784. Before the construction of this church, the town depended on the parish of Sant Julià de Llers, of which the chapel of Santa Maria del Castell de Molins was a suffragan.
