The Cabana Arqueta Dolmen is located in the heart of some vineyards. Behind it are the Alberes mountain range and further to the right the whole Empordà plain can be seen. We have an interesting view of the Montgrí massif and, on the other side, the Puig Rom mountain in Roses. The megalithic monument has been rebuilt and it gives us a vision of what this funerary element might have been like. It seems to have been built in around 2500 BC and it was discovered in the middle of the 19th century by the Master of Espolla, Antoni Balmanya Ros.
