This lectern-style vantage point, facing from east to north-east, offers magnificent views of the typical plant formations of this landscape such as pine forests and shrubs, as well as other identifying elements such as cereal crops, orchards, olive groves, wooded borders and farms. Finally, the scars left by the High-Speed Train (TAV in its Catalan initials) and an extractive activity inflicted on the landscape can also be seen. The mobile structures of the territory reflect the idea that landscapes evolve over time. Land formed by hills and low mountain ranges, which correspond to the last pre-Pyrenees spurs that mark the north-western border of the plain. The influence of the city of Figueres and its views on its key infrastructures have led to the presence of various constructions of an industrial and service nature, which coexist with livestock and farmhouses and provide a significant contrast. With its irregular and smooth relief, the area is characterised by an interesting agroforestry mosaic.
