It is located in the district of Oliveda, about 2.5 km south of the city, next to a modern farmhouse converted into a second home. The chapel is inside an enclosed garden and cannot be seen from the outside.
It was donated to the monastery of Sant Pere de Camprodon in 952 by Count Sunifred de Besalú. We know that during art. XIV was a parish church but ceased to be in the 17th century. The current temple has a nave with a rectangular apse and still preserves a large part of the primitive pre-Romanesque construction (8th-9th centuries).
Regarding its architecture, it must be said that it corresponds to two very different constructive periods. On the one hand, the head is Romanesque, probably from the end of the 12th century. And on the other hand, the espadanya and the portal are of late period (17th-18th century).
