This is an undefined tomb, a Catalan gallery or a simple dolmen, made of granite in the third millennium BC. Discovered by Lluís Marià Vidal, in 1894, who first published its existence. In 1912, Manuel Cazurro published a new plan and a photograph of it. It was blown up with dynamite between 1912 and 1920, possibly by a stonemason. In 1986, members of the Empordà Group for the Safeguarding and Study of Rural and Traditional Architecture (GESEART in its Catalan initials) rediscovered it during a systematic survey of the area. The mound must have been circular, refilled with blocks of granite and quartz as well as earth. The outer containment ring is no longer defined, but some large blocks lying horizontally can still be observed, which may have been the base of the dry-stone wall. On the inner face of the capstone, there is an engraving with a shield motif, rectangular in shape with rounded angles and a smooth surface. It is in a good state of conservation as it was completely restored in 1996, when it was decided to leave it as it was in the photograph and plan by Manuel Cazurro in 1912.
