Located within the municipality of Llers but situated between Pont de Molins and Les Escaules, we can find the remains of the Castle of Montmarí. The plan is hardly perceptible, but the highest walls that remain standing are about two meters high. Built on the tramontana side of the Castell de Llers, over the Muga river, between Les Escaules, in the neighborhood of Les Arugues; the Casnatalló de Montharí were the lords of the castle.
