The chapel of Sant Jaume dels Verders or dels Solers is an 18th-century building that preserves some remains of the former 12th-century Romanesque church. The remains of the southern wall have been dated from even earlier. The masonry, from the corner of the frontispiece to halfway down the length of the chapel, corresponds to an 18th-century reconstruction of the building. The rest, up to the corner of the apse, at a height of just under three meters, belongs to the Romanesque church. In 1326, the bishop granted the church’s ecclesiastical benefices to a clergyman named Berenguer de Riquenç.
