This is a Neolithic settlement that was discovered by E. Carreras and M.D. Piñero, members of GESEART, in 1987. Excavations were conducted from 1987 to 1994 and living quarters and a possible closure system were documented. Subsequently, a project for the consolidation, restoration, and adaptation of the site was carried out by GESEART from 2001 to 2003. Recovered objects and radiometric dating have identified three architectural phases. Only a few objects, dated to the first and last phase, have been discovered, providing only a small clue as to the village’s culture. There is a large concentration of dolmens, essentially passage tombs and clusters of stone cysts with burial mounds, in the Sierra de Rodes and Cap de Creus. The closest passage tombs to Ca N'Isach are Mas Bofill and La Devesa.
