Inscultures de Planells

It is the most representative set of prehistoric sculptures in the area, it is located in an accessible place and, in general, clean of vegetation. We find them spread over a rocky outcrop consisting mainly of 3 stones, the largest of which is 4.5 square meters. The engravings on the stone show a large number of holes, crosses and lines, of different sizes and shapes, interconnected or isolated, occupying the entire surface of the stones. It has been theorized that the engravings may be maps or indications of the territory, or they may be ritual stones. The truth is that its interpretation and its uses are still unknown. It is considered to be around 5500 years old.
